A nod to the Mississippi River

From St. Paul to St. Louis, the Mississippi River is organized into 26 sections or "pools" of water between locks and dams. At the heart of Pool 19 is the town of Fort Madison, IA. Nestled between river bluffs and one of the widest stretches of the Mississippi River is Fort Madison's commercial district.
